Tax Partner | Leicestershire | Six-Figure package

Are you a Director looking for a possibility to become a full partner, a partner designate or a current partner looking for a new challenge?

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic practice based in Leicestershire, who are seeking an accomplished and experienced senior tax person to join their existing team.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced ex-top 10 partners and directors, offering huge professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the tax department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to a wide-ranging portfolio of clients.
  • Provide top quality tax advice to clients, elevating their tax position while ensuring compliance.
  • Mentor and grow a team of tax professionals.
  • Collaborate with other partners and directors to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in tax legislation and industry best practices, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of the sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a tax professional with significant experience in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
