Description

As a Partnerships Accountant, you'll be at the heart of driving financial success!

  • You'll own the end-to-end accounting process, preparing monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other crucial financial documents.
  • Your sharp analysis and insights will pinpoint areas for profitability improvement, making you a key player in shaping the financial strategy.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable plans, and lead the charge in enhancing sales and margin analysis.
  • Managing an enthusiastic team of qualified accountants, supporting their learning, development and professional progression.

Profile

  • Accounting qualification - Fully qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
  • You'll have experience within the Retail sector (or similar, with a tangible product)
  • Be able to demonstrate use of financial systems, strong analysis skills and experience in financial accounting.
  • Have experience being responsible for profit and loss, cashflow management and balance sheet.
  • You'll be highly accountable with an attention to detail and resilience to work through issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and work with senior stakeholders.
  • Pro-active work ethic with high productivity.
