Parts Advisor

As a Parts Advisor within this business your role will be to assist customers with Commercial VehicleParts and accessories enquiries, give basic technical advice, process orders and build customer relationships.

Salary - OTE £47K (basic up to £40K DOE) +pension + 20 days hols (28 days total inc BH) + Employee Ownership Trust (employees get shares in the business)

Easily commutable from - Retford, Doncaster, Bawtry, Gainsborough, Worksop, Rotherham, Tuxford, Rampton, Lincoln, Newark on Trent, Chesterfield, Clowne

The Role:

  • Assist customers with commercial vehicle parts enquiries.
  • Have experience as a Parts Advisor or Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor.
  • Make outbound calls giving customer order updates.
  • Develop and grow customer accounts.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Keep company computer systems updated.
