Job Description:

They are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring their customers receive the right parts and services, maintaining the high standards of service that they are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their agricultural and construction machinery.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are readily available.
  • Process orders and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a parts advisory role, preferably within the agricultural or construction machinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery parts.

  • Proficiency in using parts databases and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
