Job Title: Parts Advisor

Location: Hinckley

Salary: £25,250 basic - OTE £32,000

Hours: 07.30-17.00 or 08.30-18.00 Saturday rota 08.00-12.30

Hawkfield Recruitment is currently working with a family run dealer group based in the Hinckley area. We are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for the Aftersales team at Hinckley.

Key responsibilitiesof Parts Advisor:

Your key responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will be:

• Answering inbound telephone calls promptly.
• Qualifying customer requirements.
• Confirming all customer details are recorded accurately on the system and amend where necessary.
• Liaising with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receiving, storing and sorting parts as they arrive
• Ordering parts

About You:

As a Parts Advisor, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
• Great computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
• High levels of commitment to providing the best customer care.
• A positive and friendly attitude in the work environment.
