An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of a luxury well-established brand based in South Lakes as a Parts Advisor. Our client is best-known for their commitment to providing 5* service to all of their customers and they have built an exceptional reputation as a result. In order for your application to be considered, you will need to harness the same approach by having a dedicated work ethic and collaborating with colleagues to achieve and exceed expectations.
 
As Parts Advisor your duties will be: 
  • Serving and issuing products to both internal & external customers whilst ensuring standards are always met.
  • Receiving and correctly identifying incoming stock and communicating with management if stock is low.
  • Ensuring best practice standards are upheld in all aspects in the workplace.
  • Taking an active involvement in ensuring promotions are communicated effectively to enhance results. 
  • Participation in the annual formal stock check.
Skills / qualities in order to be successful:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to handle change in workload and priorities daily.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Proficiency with numbers and remembering codes.
In return the successful Parts Advisor can expect to receive a salary of approximately £24,000 per annum with bonuses that could take your earnings up to £27,600! In addition you'll also have access to an excellent benefits package including generous annual leave allocation with your birthday off as an extra day, employee discount schemes, discounts with many high-street retailers and more! You'll work a 45 hour week (30 minute lunch break) split across Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturday's on a rota basis. APPLY TODAY!
