Join one of the UK’s largest accident and collision repair groups, as a Parts Co-ordinator / Parts Controller at our BRAND NEW state of the art site in CHADDERTON!

Salary: up to £27,000 pa, plus bonus and excellent company benefits

Hours: 42.5 hours p/week, Monday to Friday

Join our dynamic team at FMG Repair Services, Chadderton, a leading provider of top-quality vehicle repair services. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, with most of our work being for our Contractual Insurance Partners and our Northgate Vehicle Hire / Auxillis sister companies.

As part of a team of specialists your responsibility as a Parts Co-ordinator will be for the day to day running of the parts department:

  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, and storing of automotive parts.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
  • Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate best prices.
  • Provide support to vehicle technicians by sourcing and delivering required parts.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised parts department.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Utilising your sound knowledge of vehicle layout,vehicle parts catalogues and computer stock lists, you’ll also ensure our pricing structures are kept up-to-date, and that stock control is always secure and well maintained. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry / knowledge of vehicle parts.
