Job Title: Parts Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, occasional Saturdays from 8AM to 5PM.

Salary: 27K to 30K depending on experience.

Role Overview:
The Parts Specialist is responsible for managing vehicle parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and providing excellent customer service. You will oversee parts sourcing, handling customer orders, and ensuring smooth department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Control: Receive, verify, and record parts deliveries.
  • Parts Management: Locate, invoice, and issue parts to customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Service: Provide parts quotations and resolve customer queries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and conduct stock checks.
  • Warranty & Returns: Submit warranty and return claims promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Implement efficient departmental processes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Automotive parts and repair knowledge.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
