Passenger Assistant
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Shift: 3on 3off - Required to be flexible as you can start as early as 3:30am and finished and finish as late.

Must have full UK driving license as will assist with transporting passengers to the aircraft (No special license is required only a full UK driving license)
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.
We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.

Main Duties:
- Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
- Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
- Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
- In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment

To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
