About the role

Working shifts between 08:30 – 17:30, you will support with checking in passengers on our ships. You’ll also be assisting with departure and arrival procedures and be responsible for all new bookings and passenger check-in. We’ll give you all the training you need and support you in your role to ensure you deliver the best service possible to our customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaise with customers to assist them with any queries
  • Liaise with Third Party key stakeholders – mainly Port of Tyne, UK Border Force & Special Branch
  • Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks

About you

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a 3-month fixed-term contract. No specific qualifications are needed as comprehensive training will be provided. The role requires competence and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including passengers, UK Border Force, and vessel captains.
