Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class pastoral support to students, promoting their welfare and promptly addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to safeguard the well-being of students.
  • Organise and lead pastoral initiatives, such as mentoring programs and well-being workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student welfare and behaviour management.

To be eligible for this role:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide professional references covering you for the last two years.
