The Role:

  • Lead Interventions: Coordinate and implement effective strategies to support student behaviour and well-being.
  • Support Heads of Year: Collaborate with the Heads of Year and report to the Assistant Headteacher responsible for behaviour management.
  • Enhance Standards: Uphold and promote the school's high standards by fostering a positive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with staff, students, and parents to address barriers to learning and support student success.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in Pastoral Care: Proven experience in behaviour management or pastoral care within a school setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent organisational and communication abilities to effectively support and collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
  • Passion for Student Well-being: A genuine commitment to improving students' lives and creating an inspiring and supportive environment.
  • DBS Check: Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS and Children's Barred List Check.
