We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Support Lead to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being of students, providing emotional support, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·Provide Emotional Support: Offer one-on-one pastoral care to students and staff, addressing personal, social, and academic concerns.
·Develop Support Programs: Design and implement programs and workshops to promote mental health, resilience, and personal development.
·Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergencies and provide immediate support and guidance during crises.
·Liaise with External Agencies: Work with local mental health services, and community groups to ensure comprehensive support for individuals.
·Promote Inclusivity: Foster an environment of respect and inclusion, supporting diversity and addressing any form of discrimination or bullying.
·Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure all interactions are handled with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
·Monitor and Report: Track the progress of individuals receiving support and report on the effectiveness of pastoral programs to senior management.

Qualifications:

·Experience of working with children/young people with SEMH/SEND.
·DSL Training desirable.
·Team Teach Trainer qualification desirable.
