Are you a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker eager to make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity at a top Secondary School in Westminster, as a Pastoral Year Group Coordinator, starting in September 2024 for the full academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Support the well-being and development of students in a specific year group.
• Help create a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Work with teachers and pastoral staff to implement support plans.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

• Experience in a pastoral role is preferred.
• Passion for supporting student well-being.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
