Responsibilities:
- Experienced across contentious and non-contentious patent matters
- High knowledge; particularly across patent litigation
- Awareness across UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium markets
- Collaborate with stakeholders on a variety of contentious related issues

About you:
- A qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE and relevant legal experience
- Prior experience in litigation matters
- Strong academics and technical ability.
- A scientific background is an advantage
- A commercial focus and good business development skills
