A renowned private clinic based on Harley Street urgently requires a Patient Care Administrator to help and follow patients in their journey from the first contact to continuing aftercare. The Patient Care Administrator role pays up to £27,000 plus benefits and a year’s maternity contract. We are looking for previous customer-facing experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills with great grammar and spelling.

This is a 1 year maternity cover role. The role offers 2 days in clinic, 3 days WFH per week (please note that the first 3 months of probation will be in clinic Monday - Friday). Monday - Friday shifts vary from 8am-6pm, 42 hours a week.

Patient Care Administrator duties:

· Supporting the sales team with their admin - which includes answering the phones, emails, to-do list, taking payments, managing patient glasses, booking appointments etc

· Answering questions over the telephone,

· Meeting with the patients at their initial consultation,

· Completing to-do lists,

· Creating deposit receipts,

· Being responsible for waiting/cancellation list and priority bookings,

· Taking and distributing minutes, updating patients.

They are looking for a self-starter who is able to demonstrate great time management and is happy to work in a pressurised and rewarding environment. We are seeking flexible and accommodating candidates who love being on their feet and enjoy teamwork.

- Monday - Friday shifts, earliest start is 8am and latest finish is 6pm

Patient Care Administrator requirements:

Needs to have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience - looking for people with exceptional customer service
