Looking for a Patient Scheduler to join the patient schedule team and support a Leading Clinical Homecare Company.
As Patient Scheduler, you will coordinate and book patient appointments, manage calendar conflicts, monitor real-time updates and provide timely information to clients, staff, and management.
Ideally you have healthcare scheduling or similar experience You will be used to responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, proactively aligning schedules with departmental needs and resource availability.
Patient Scheduler Detailed Duties:
- £12.50ph
- IMMEDIATE START
- Temporary work for 4-5 months
- Full time hours across the whole week
- Weekly Pay
- Hybrid after training
As Patient Scheduler, you will coordinate and book patient appointments, manage calendar conflicts, monitor real-time updates and provide timely information to clients, staff, and management.

Patient Scheduler Detailed Duties:
- Coordinate and book patient appointments using multiple systems
- Manage calendar conflicts and reschedule as needed
- Monitor real-time updates on appointment statuses
- Provide timely updates to clients, nursing staff, and management
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled patient appointments
- Identify and resolve scheduling issues proactively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Liaise with people, patient, and stock teams
- Align scheduling with departmental needs and resource availability
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication for efficient scheduling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanour
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across multiple departments
- Understanding of various departmental needs and constraints
- Ability to balance competing priorities from different teams
