Pay & Reward Manager

The Pay & Rewards Manager role is full time based on 36hrs per week and offers fantastic hybrid opportunities of 3 home-based days. The role:

As the Pay and Rewards Manager, you will report to the Director of ER & Reward and have a small team and you will have overall responsibility for delivering payroll and pensions services to all members across the organisation.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Coaching and supporting payroll and pension teams
• Managing rewards function and providing expert advice
• Lead contributor to the management of reward focused strategies
• Development and ongoing review of benefits package and salaries
• Head and manage payroll services and schemes ensuring full compliance
• To advise on any tax related issues and the provision of taxable benefits
• Provide payroll services to theirs parties as required inline with SLA’s & contracts.
• To review and agree annually with HM Revenue & Customs the PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA)
• Conduct benchmarking analysis and produce papers ahead of discussions concerning changes to pay and/or pensions provision
• Provide strategy to the organisation on Pensions including development of policies and procedures.

Experience required:

To be considered for this position you must have a proven and successful background and experience of working in a similar payroll and rewards based role within a sizeable organisation.
