Role: Payout Coordinator (12 month FTC)

Location: London (Hybrid role)

Salary: £25/28k pro rata

Exciting opportunity to join an asset finance specialist based in London, the successful candidate would be joining a great team on a hybrid basis working for a dynamic, growing company.

Responsibilities of Payout Coordinator

  • As a Payout Coordinator you will be working closely with the Credit and Sales/Sales Support team to ensure that all business is accurately processed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Fully check finance documents and ensure that regulatory requirements are met
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to while performing the role of Payout Coordinator.
  • Have a full understanding of all the finance products offered
  • Ability to load and administer all types of finance agreements, with a full understanding of how each agreement works, in the capacity of a Payout Coordinator.
  • Responsible for preparing correct payments for invoices
  • Issue Welcome Packs for new agreements
  • Responsible for the creation and updates for customer direct debit mandates
  • Assist with UAT testing as and when required
  • Actively promote teamwork across the business

Experience and Skills needed to be Payout Coordinator

  • Proven track record in a similar role within the financial services industry, demonstrating understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and customer financial needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of financial transactions, documentation, and client communications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive work environment and contributing to collective goals.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, capable of analyzing information, evaluating options, and making strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and awareness of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the financial services sector.
