About Us:

We are a leading company based in Cardiff, committed to providing exceptional services and solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage payroll for our employees, ensuring timely and precise payment.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll data.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
