As a Payroll Administrator at Frank and Partners, your main job is to handle weekly payroll for temporary staff. You'll also help with invoicing and keeping track of payments. Your work is important to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll:
- Make sure temporary staff get paid correctly and on time.
- Follow the rules for paying staff.
- Help staff with any questions about their pay.
Invoicing:
- Create invoices for companies that hire temporary staff.
- Check that the details on the invoices are right.
- Send invoices to companies and remind them to pay if needed.
Invoice Checking:
- Match invoices from staff with invoices from companies.
- Fix any mistakes and sort out any problems with payments.
- Keep records of all invoices and payments.
Financial Reports:
- Help make reports about money, like payroll and invoices.
- Give the right information for reports so managers can make good decisions.
Working with Others:
- Talk to other teams to make sure payroll and invoicing go smoothly.
- Build good relationships with staff and companies, and help them with questions about money.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with payroll and numbers, especially in a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Good at paying attention to detail.
- Can use payroll and accounting software.
- Can talk and write well.
- Can manage time and meet deadlines.
- Knows the rules about paying staff.
- Honest and professional with sensitive information.
