We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our clients dynamic industrial organisation. This role offers the opportunity to ensure the accurate and efficient compensation of their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Administer the end-to-end payroll process using SAGE, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with current legislation and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports to management and external bodies as required.
  • Support & Queries: Provide expert support to employees on payroll-related issues and queries.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably within an industrial environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SAGE payroll systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
