Experienced payroller required to join a busy and established finance team.

This is a stand-alone payroll postion where you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Process weekly, payroll using IRIS KashFlow.
  • Ensure the payroll is accurate and completed on time.
  • Handle payroll queries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of year-end returns, including P60s and P11Ds.
  • Liaise with HMRC and other relevant bodies as required.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Payroller or in a similar payroll processing role.
  • Proficiency in using IRIS KashFlow software is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation, including SSP, SMP, Tax, NI, and RTI auto-enrolment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Relevant payroll qualifications or certifications are a plus.

Due to the company's location, the successful candidate will need to be a car driver
