Your new company

You will be working for a large support company who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

  • Assisted with running an efficient and effective payroll service, ensuring all employees' payroll is processed on time
  • Process weekly payrolls, chase time sheets, ensuring all weekly data is collected and entered accurately.
  • Calculate and administer Statutory Payment for employees
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on matters relating to pay, taxation, statutory payments and National Insurance.
  • Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of payroll best practice, legislation as it applies to payroll, and all statutory payments and deductions.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have previous payroll experience dealing with high volume payrolls
  • Have excellent manual calculation skills, i.e. able to calculate statutory payments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve is essential.
  • You must be honest, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
