Payroll Administrator
Your new company
You will be working for a large support company who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
- Assisted with running an efficient and effective payroll service, ensuring all employees' payroll is processed on time
- Process weekly payrolls, chase time sheets, ensuring all weekly data is collected and entered accurately.
- Calculate and administer Statutory Payment for employees
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on matters relating to pay, taxation, statutory payments and National Insurance.
- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of payroll best practice, legislation as it applies to payroll, and all statutory payments and deductions.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have previous payroll experience dealing with high volume payrolls
- Have excellent manual calculation skills, i.e. able to calculate statutory payments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve is essential.
- You must be honest, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
