PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - PART-TIME
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY: 24 HOURS PER WEEK
£12.50 PER HOUR
People Solutions have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Administrator based at our Head Office in Walsall.
Joining us on a part time basis, working approximately 24 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, you will receive an hourly rate of £12.50.
Day to Day Duties
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring weekly payroll deadlines are met
- Handling and responding to queries relating to payroll on the telephone and via email
- Ensuring accurate records are kept in-house
- Creating weekly reports for the Payroll Manager in excel
- Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager
Essential Skills
What we’re looking for in our Payroll Administrator:
- Experience working with payroll
- Good Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team and under own initiative
