Payroll Administrator
Venn Group are working with a Private Healthcare company who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Job: Payroll Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pa
Location: North London (5 days on site)
Key responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end, monthly payroll for high volume of headcounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages.
- Managing payroll inboxes and assisting queries.
- Processing new starters and leavers.
- Processing statutory payments.
- Monitoring employee data and timesheets.
- Generating payroll reports and reconciling for accuracy.
- Data management: maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Accurately calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Employee support: address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management.
- Documentation: process and maintain all necessary payroll documentation, such as p45s, p60s.
Requirements:
- Experience: previous experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
- Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel, understanding of payroll and T&A systems.
- Attention to detail: strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity: ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification: (relevant certifications) desirable.
