Venn Group are working with a Private Healthcare company who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Job: Payroll Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pa
Location: North London (5 days on site)

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing end-to-end, monthly payroll for high volume of headcounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages.
  • Managing payroll inboxes and assisting queries.
  • Processing new starters and leavers.
  • Processing statutory payments.
  • Monitoring employee data and timesheets.
  • Generating payroll reports and reconciling for accuracy.
  • Data management: maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Accurately calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Employee support: address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management.
  • Documentation: process and maintain all necessary payroll documentation, such as p45s, p60s.

Requirements:

  • Experience: previous experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
  • Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel, understanding of payroll and T&A systems.
  • Attention to detail: strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Integrity: ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification: (relevant certifications) desirable.
