Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in Glasgow to recruit a Payroll Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a monthly payroll end to end in a busy fast-paced environment. This is an office based position, the hours are 8.45 to 5pm Monday to Thursday and finishing at 4pm on a Friday.

The main duties:

  • Monthly Payroll Processing end to end
  • Responding to payroll queries from managers and employees
  • Administration of the Company’s pension and childcare voucher schemes
  • Responding to information requests from external bodies (CSA, DSS, Mortgage references)
  • Ensuring all new starter/leaver documentation is received, processed and filed
  • Processing monthly third-party payments (i.e CSA/Council Tax etc)
  • Ensuring all absence certificates are received, processed and filed
  • Processing company loan requests
  • Assisting with year-end processing
  • Assisting with annual P11D processing
  • Ad hoc payroll projects as require
The main requirements:

  • End to end payroll experience in a high-volume environment
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and motivated
  • Team player
