Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in Glasgow to recruit a Payroll Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a monthly payroll end to end in a busy fast-paced environment. This is an office based position, the hours are 8.45 to 5pm Monday to Thursday and finishing at 4pm on a Friday.

The main duties:

Monthly Payroll Processing end to end
Responding to payroll queries from managers and employees
Administration of the Company’s pension and childcare voucher schemes
Responding to information requests from external bodies (CSA, DSS, Mortgage references)
Ensuring all new starter/leaver documentation is received, processed and filed
Processing monthly third-party payments (i.e CSA/Council Tax etc)
Ensuring all absence certificates are received, processed and filed
Processing company loan requests
Assisting with year-end processing
Assisting with annual P11D processing
Ad hoc payroll projects as require

The main requirements:

End to end payroll experience in a high-volume environment
High levels of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Organised and motivated
Team player
