12-month FTC and Hybrid working
Being part of 4, the Payroll Analyst will support all administration and payroll activities for all eligible local and expatriate staff for our trading business based in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review payroll instructions and outputs both expats and local employees - which approximately 210 people
- Maintain UK Payroll System and HR system Oracle updates.
- Resolve basic pay related queries/discrepancies from staff.
- Provide monthly costing report to the Finance department.
- Prepare monthly overtime report and statutory Maternity Pay schedules.
- Review employee expense claims to ensure compliance with Company Policy.
- Provide general administrative support to Line Manager as required
- Prepare statutory payment reports and payments requests
- Record and provide details of benefits in kind for tax purposes
- Assist in providing information for Expatriate Tax returns.
- Assist with Annual reconciliation and returns.
- Assist with pension contribution files.
- Assist with reporting and audits
- File documents relating to taxable and non-taxable pay in payroll on a monthly basis.
- Special projects as requested
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating and managing payroll ideally within a similar sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of the UK legislation surrounding payroll activities
- Ability to demonstrate advance excel skills ie. Pivot tables and V look ups.
- A good eye of details is essential to be successful in this role.
