Role: Payroll Analyst

Location: Bristol

Duration: 18 Months

Position overview:

This position is with the International Payroll and Timekeeping group. The individual will represent Payroll and Timekeeping and support payroll related activities for different country payrolls in Europe (high focus will be on UK payroll). Our client is partnering with an external payroll vendor and the selected individual will partner with the vendor to ensure all employees are properly and timely paid.


Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the Payroll provider and other organizations to ensure correct information is provided for their use in calculating pay.
  • Validates complex payroll data received from Payroll provider to ensure quality and timely output for employees.
  • Prepares complex payroll and timekeeping management reports.
  • Analyses and helps interpret sophisticated, policies, and payroll per in country regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees payroll and timekeeping implementations at new business locations.
  • Supports cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and tools.
  • Addresses employee inquiries.
  • Ensures system compliance by improving internal controls, guidelines to regulatory requirements.
  • Teams with other Boeing organizations (e.g. Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers in region) to address and support cross - organizational payroll process.
  • Serves as organizational point of contact for special projects.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in International payroll environment (including UK payroll experience).
