Our client are a leading beauty business with an international presence still run by the original founding family. They have brand new offices in a fantastic West End location and are expanding their team as they acquire new, exciting beauty brands to add to their impressive portfolio.

We are actively seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their busy HR department on a 3-6 month FTC.

This is an excellent opportunity to get in involved in all aspects of HR and Payroll within a supportive, small team who will provide all the necessary training for the role. The role will be varied and interesting, allowing the right person to grow and develop their skills.

This role will involve completing payroll for circa 50 employees and all aspects of administration for new starters and leavers to the business in addition to keeping databases such as absence and holiday bookings maintained.

Role Requirements:

* Reporting to and assisting the HR Manager with any tasks as instructed.
* Entering payroll data into online systems and suggesting ways to improve these processes
* Gathering and examining time sheets.
* Maintaining and entering working hours data into staffing sheets.
* Preparing and drafting documents such as pay slips and P45s.
* Responding to pay and tax queries from staff, employers or clients.
* Processing payroll updates including new starters, leavers and pay rises.
* Ensuring staff receive the correct pay, bonuses and benefits at the right time.
* Urgently resolving any discrepancies or issues.
