This roles sits in a small team of 3 payroll - providing support to clients within the local area.

Description

  • You will be responsible for processing payrolls for clients accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner using Superpay.
  • You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for your assigned client portfolio, ensuring that client and employee records are maintained accurately.
  • You will ensure all deadlines are met including weekly and monthly payroll processing
  • You will handle queries from clients, HMRC, and internal colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Profile

  • Previous experience of working in a payroll role in either practice or industry
  • Previous experience of auto-enrolment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and efficient manner when dealing with queries.
  • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with changes to payroll legislation
  • Good client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Office opening hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
  • Opportunity to broaden your experience and work within a supportive payroll team
  • During the 3-month probationary period you will mainly be office based and then the role can be flexible with hybrid working available
