Responsibilities:
Process payroll for 500+ staff on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP) and deductions
Manual calculations.
Handle payroll changes, joiners, and leavers
Reconcile payroll accounts and process external payments
Ensure compliance and submit HMRC returns
Support year-end processes and auto-enrolment pensions
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of payroll experience
Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of payroll compliance and legislation
