The Firm

I'm currently working closely with a leading US Law Firm who are looking for a Payroll, Reporting and Benefits Specialist to join them in the London office.

Responsibilities

Ensures all monthly payroll updates are incorporated into the Firm's ADP iHCM system.

Serves as the primary point of contact for all internal payroll queries and for the firms Payroll provider.

Responsible for managing payroll and Workday reports such as headcount, diversity, turnover, payroll, pension, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Assists with professional staff payroll and tax queries, liaising with HMRC.

Manages the HMRC gateway access, maintains HMRC records and notifications for the Firm.

Coordinates month-end payroll approvals.

Ensures payroll systems, reports, and processes comply with legislation changes.

Conduct payroll inductions for new joiners.

What do you need?

Experience with Workday including report writing and payroll

Experience with ADP iHCM

Knowledge of HMRC legislation including RTI, auto enrolment

Working knowledge of calculating and processing statutory payments

Minimum A-Level standard education

CIPP qualified or working towards qualification

Minimum of three years relevant experience in a professional service environment
