About the Role

Operating within a team environment and carrying over your payroll and benefits expertise and knowledge, you will see yourself playing a strategic role, carrying out daily payroll duties, all whilst contributing to ad hoc projects. As well as but not limited to:

Duties:

• Ensure and manage the monthly payroll
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Liaise and manage all aspects of the benefits schemes including negotiations, renewals etc.
• Act as first point of contact for all payroll escalations
• Contribute and participate in major annual projects as well as ad hoc projects

Skills and Experience

• Experience working within a complex payroll environment is desirable
• Prior experience using Workday is beneficial but not required
• Previously operated within a similar capacity previous
• Prior experience undertaking and managing benefit schemes
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
