Our client is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team based in Wythenshawe on a part-time basis. As Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will managing coordinating, and delivering payroll, pensions and benefits services and administration across three business areas in UK totalling around 120 as well as resolving queries/topics from employees. Proficiency and proven experience with payroll and HR systems including ADP is essential for this role and even better if you know your way around Workday. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist reports into the global finance team but works closely with HR in the UK and so there is opportunity to develop your HR knowledge too. This role is offered on a permanent basis, so full benefits included (generous pension, healthcare, onsite gym etc) and requirement is to work 22.5-27 hours per week with which there is ample flexibility in when and where these hours are worked.

About the role:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll activities of three UK payrolls in conjunction with outsourced providers i.e. ensure accurate preparation, calculations and balancing of UK payrolls including payroll checks and resolving errors.
  • Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider on annual tax related processes e.g., P11D, Form 42 and P60.
  • Coordinate other associated activities such as payroll reports etc.
  • Support all payroll enquiries.
  • Support with annual pay review and bonus processes
  • Deliver the annual flexible benefits enrolment project.
  • Managing the benefits renewal and ensuring appropriate sign-off.
  • Manage all benefits administration such as new starters, leavers, and updates.
  • Provide HR Administration support to the team when required

About you:

  • Strong experience and expertise in Payroll and Benefits
  • Experience of using ADP is essential
  • HR Systems Knowledge
  • Strong excel skills with the ability to perform V-look ups and pivot tables
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently
