Our client, a large retail brand are looking for a Payroll and Business Operations Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of 2 payrollers
  • Responsible and accountable for the four-weekly payroll, ensuring a timely and accurate delivery including new starters, leavers, calculating all types of payments
  • Working closely alongside the Project Manager for a system migration
  • Excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail
  • Ensure pension, P11d, P45 & P60, SAYE submissions/delivery by required deadlines.
