Our boutique client is seeking an experienced Part Time Payroll Co-ordinator to join their growing business in Farringdon, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a vibrant and dynamic team.

This role is hybrid, a maternity contract and working 22.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with end-to-end payroll bureau administration and processing
  • Setting up new PAYE schemes
  • Setting up and maintaining auto enrolment pension schemes within payroll
  • Uploading RTI data to HMRC
  • Co-ordinating with clients regarding changes in payroll
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Addressing issues and questions from clients regarding payrolls
  • Producing payroll reports for clients and accountants upon request

Experience and Skills Requirements:

Essential:

  • CIPP Qualification or at least 1 years' relevant experience in payroll
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Start to end payroll processing preferably in a bureau environment
  • High level of planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience using SAGE Payroll software
  • Auto Enrolment knowledge
