Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
JGA are partnered with a leading business based in Tunbridge Wells that are seeking a Payroll & Finance Manager to manager their team of 6.
As part of this role, you will be able to enjoy hybrid working ,4 days per week from home, large pension contribution and a bonus.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Payroll & Finance Team of 6 with the processing of the monthly payroll.
- Cover all payroll, accounts payable/ receivable, and finance matters across the business.
- Implement new systems and procedures to streamline all practices.
- Over 3 years of experience in a management role.
- CIPP Management qualification - essential.
- Finance and payroll experience essential.
