The Role

This is an excellent Payroll Manager role seeking an experienced Payroll professional with proven commercial experience. As the successful Payroll Manager, you will use industry knowledge and experience of all things payroll administration to support my client in ensuring accurate and timely processing. As well as this, you will support a small team of payroll professionals and provide key insights and ideas for continuous improvement and review within the department.   
 

The Company

The Payroll Manager will join a thriving and well-established not-for-profit charity organisation within the care sector. The Payroll Manager will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking - working on a hybrid basis, attending the Lincoln-based office 2 -3 days per week. You may, at times, be required to travel to other business sites as part of your in office days!

 What’s Required?

  The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

• We're looking for a CIPP certified professional with proven commercial experience within payroll administration 

• We'd love it if you had prior experience within a leadership or management position - supporting a small team of payroll professionals 

• Any other relevant certifications would be a bonus, as would prior experience working within the care or not-for-profit sector
