Are you a Payroll Manager or similar, looking for an exciting opportunity to join one of the Uk's biggest food businesses, providing a stable and secure role, with a generous holiday package, excellent company benefits and the opportunity for hybrid working?

In this role you will oversee and manage the entire payroll function for 6,000 staff, whilst supervising a team of five payroll administrators. Along with this your role will include ensuring legislative compliance, support internal reporting, and lead projects for continual improvement and system upgrades.

This role would suit a Payroll Manager or similar, looking to join a well-established and successful business, offering progression opportunities, hybrid working and a multitude of company benefits.

The Role:

• Managing a team of 5 Payroll Administrators
• Management of entire payroll function
• Payroll 6,000 people (mixture of monthly and weekly)
• Perform system upgrades and maintain accurate staff records.
• Monday - Friday 8:00-5:30
• Hybrid option (1-2 days a week)
