Are you a Payroll Manager that loves improving processes? Are you happiest when you are amongst the team, knowing the ins and outs of the operations? Then this role could be great for you.

This Glenfield business is on a journey. A great team and working environment, they have grown and the processes will follow. Currently using Sage Payroll but with an imminent move to a new HRIS, you will support on the implementation ensuring your customers still get paid.

This is a standalone monthly payroll with support on the weekly payroll in a fast paced manufacturing environment. 

Key skills:

  • Strong end to end payroll experience
  • Sage l50 knowledge would be an advantage
  • System implementation/upgrade would be very beneficial
  • A team player who really integrates in a business, understanding the journey is not linear
  • People management is not essential however helpful

This is a hybrid role that will evolve over time and can really be part of a longer term journey.
