Payroll Manager
Payroll Manager / £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / 12 month FTC
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business within Liverpool City Centre for a Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC
Package:
- Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
- £6k Car Allowance
- 25days holiday plus BHs
- Monday-Friday (37.5 hours)
- Hybrid working pattern (1 days in the office per week)
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Duties:
- Management of monthly payrolls across UK and international groups
- Prioritise workload ensuring deadlines and KPI's are met within the group
- Oversee all deductions including, tax, NI, SSP etc, as well as year end duties.
- Work closely and communicate with internal departments such as HR to provide data & reports
- Ensure all HMRC submissions are met according to deadlines
- Oversee team of Payroll Clerks to support and coach where needed within the start to end process
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the HR Director
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Level 3 CIPP desirable
- 2 years + experience in a senior, end to end payroll role essential
- Experience running international payrolls desirable
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good Excel and systems skills
