Payroll Manager / £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / 12 month FTC

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business within Liverpool City Centre for a Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC

Package:

  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • £6k Car Allowance
  • 25days holiday plus BHs
  • Monday-Friday (37.5 hours)
  • Hybrid working pattern (1 days in the office per week)

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Job Duties:

  • Management of monthly payrolls across UK and international groups
  • Prioritise workload ensuring deadlines and KPI's are met within the group
  • Oversee all deductions including, tax, NI, SSP etc, as well as year end duties.
  • Work closely and communicate with internal departments such as HR to provide data & reports
  • Ensure all HMRC submissions are met according to deadlines
  • Oversee team of Payroll Clerks to support and coach where needed within the start to end process
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the HR Director

When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • Level 3 CIPP desirable
  • 2 years + experience in a senior, end to end payroll role essential
  • Experience running international payrolls desirable
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good Excel and systems skills
