Payroll Manager
We are supporting our Worcester based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent position. You will be working as part of a nationally recognised business and will be responsible for overseeing a team which successfully processes payrolls from start to finish for 3,000+ employees. This position offers hybrid working with an employer that promotes work/life balance as part of their business culture.
- Previous experience of managing a team responsible for overseeing large payrolls
- One to ones appraisals and performance reviews
- Designing workflow processes to maximise efficiency
- Maintaining best practices and ensuring continued team development through training programmes
- Auditing payroll transactions
- Reconciling payroll and resolving discrepancies
- Dealing with complex payroll queries
