Fin Search are recruiting a Payroll Manager on a 12 month FTC basis for a private equity backed, market leading business based in Leeds.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

As Payroll Manager, this role will be responsible for managing a team of payroll administrators to ensure the timely and accurate processing of the monthly payrolls and expenses. This includes workload management, performance management and process reviewing.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, signing off the monthly payroll, HMRC submissions, review and maintenance of monthly expenses payments and processes and month end reporting to include variance reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience payroll professional looking for a fast paced environment with the opportunity to develop and progress a team whilst being a hands on manager.
