Payroll Manager

Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a growing business on the recruitment of a Payroll Manager to join their Bristol office. The position of Payroll Manager will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processes across the UK and Europe.

Based out of our client's central Bristol office, you will work a hybrid model of 3 days per week on site and 2 working from home.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager will include but not be limited to:

• Managing 14 separate payrolls across the UK and Europe, leading on end-to-end processes ensuring the timely and accurate monthly completion.
• Managing all external payroll provider relationships.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for the payroll function, as a senior decision maker & leader.
• Collaborating with senior leadership across the HR, Finance & Operations functions maintain strong working relationships and ensuring processes are as aligned and effective as possible.
• Responsible for all employment tax and UK pension matters.

Your Profile:

• Strong proven experience in a payroll management position is essential, ideally within a multi-site role.
• Exceptional end to end payroll processing knowledge.
• Experience using HRIS/Payroll software.
• Ideally CIPP or AAT qualified.
• Proficient in UK payroll rules and regulations. Exposure to European payrolls is an advantage.

In return, the salary on offer is up to £55,000 plus benefits including up to 10% bonus.
