Hybrid working – 2 days from the office
Salary - £25,000

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- To support and delivery accurate payroll process
- Collate the payroll information from across the business
- Setting up new starters
- Accurate calculations of the monthly payroll and reporting the data to your line manager
- Managing the payroll data and keeping accurate records at all times.
- Supporting your team with payroll discrepancies and being a point of contact for all queries.
- Always follow the company policy and procedures on GDPR and compliance
- Ensure compliance in all employee law is being followed and accurate at all times
- Data reports for the wider business on a weekly and monthly basis
- Supporting on the company benefits that link into the payroll process
Experience necessary for the role:
- 1 year plus experience within a payroll roll
- Good understanding of the payroll process
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High understanding of GDPR
