Are you a payroll and pensions manager looking for a new role? Are you looking for a position that has at least 3 days working from home? If so we have a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful Gloucestershire based organisation in the position of Payroll and Pensions Manager. This role will oversee the payroll of close to 2000 staff and will take responsibility for managing the effective operation of all payroll functions and be accountable for ensuring that all relevant payroll deadlines are met and payrolls are accurate, authorised and processed. You'll ensure the full reconciliation of payroll is carried out in order to report accurately to HMRC and the pensions providers along with ensuring that any issues are investigated and resolved. You'll prepare finance documents including BACS to ensure that all staff are paid and associated deductions are made via payroll to pensions providers and deal with any questions and queries that arise. Ideally with experience of i-Trent you'll be a super capable payroll professional who has very high standards of work and attention to detail.
