An exceptional career development opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Reward professional to join this high-profile origination on a permanent basis.

As Payroll and Reward Manager, you will report into the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for a team of five.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and of over 1000 employees. Whilst you will lead on broader reward projects including the review of benefit and reward offerings, salary reviews & benchmarking.

Further duties include:

  • Ensuring a seamless delivery of payroll and pension services
  • Responsible for the overall strategy and administration of reward programs, encompassing pensions, payroll, and salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Coach and support the Payroll & Reward Team,
  • Contribute to gender pay gap analysis, equal pay audits, and other equality-related work.
  • Lead salary reviews, benchmarking, and salary surveys.
  • Manage payroll services, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with contractual terms and HMRC regulations.
  • Oversee sacrifice schemes and taxable benefits administration, including P11D management for company car fleets and private health schemes.
  • Efficiently manage the organization's pension scheme, ensuring compliance and effective communication with scheme members.
  • Ensure compliance with auto-enrolment legislation and pension providers.

Successful candidates will need to display extensive knowledge of leading teams across reward, pensions, payroll and benefits. In addition to excellent legislation knowledge whilst CIPP qualification is preferred.
