Job Description:

Our client is a Chartered Accountancy practice, with offices across the Southwest. They specialise in offering a tailored service to their personal and corporate clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.

They are currently seeking a Payroll Services Senior to join their team in their Exmouth Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Support: Oversee the work of payroll administrators, providing guidance, answering queries, and ensuring high standards of client service.

Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for payroll processing, auto-enrollment services, and related tasks.

Payroll Processing: Handle payroll operations and manage bank credits efficiently.

Team Support: Assist the Head of Payroll Services with various tasks and projects.

Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth into skilled payroll administrators.

Requirements:

• Several years’ experience working within Payroll
• Previous experience mentoring individuals within Payroll
• Previous experience utilising SAGE
• Attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
