Robert Walters is currently working with a Top 10 accountancy firm in Portsmouth who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their friendly team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
  • Handle associated payroll processing tasks.
  • Develop client relationships and communicate effectively with offices, HMRC, and third-party providers.
  • Accurately process pension deductions according to our client's pension policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over two years of experience dealing with Payrolls (experience in a bureau environment is highly desirable).
  • End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
  • A strong customer-focused approach, handling queries via telephone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
